How about adding the CA120 as a "hidden" road? That way the routing system will not route you there by default.

I'm not really sure if it's PWM conflicting with your mod, or one of your skyboxes are missing, I'll have to check it out further.
Anyways, is it normal that Nevada speed limits apply in California? Again, I don't know if it's a mod conflict or not, but your mod is the only map mod I have enabled, so it might be a bug on your end.

I don't see any sign for a pirated version. He's just got a bad taste for paint jobs, that's all.
