Rather too much than too little..probably 
I really love the attention to detail the pictures display. Although the second to last picture looks a bit tight for trucks. But sure going to be a joy driving through Elbląg. It's going to be a vantage point for the way to Kaliningrad, right?

Yes, it's there because S22 road leads to the Kaliningrad oblast.
Elbląg was only a scenery town but Hixo decided to build it.
And about this tight turn - yes, it's a bit of a problem in game.
