ETS2 Beta 1.27 + ProMods not working ?

Hi just joined and downloaded the mod from the fast server only to see it is incompatible... yes i guess my timing was the worst to get the mod... anyway i won't downgrade as i never saw this mod yet so i don't miss anything i just hope that i do not have to pay again to download the newer compatible version when it comes out...

That's very unlucky timing however bandwidth charges are per download so you will have to pay again if you wish to obtain 2.11 the fast way

I just purchased the mod for $1 and after putting into my mod folder, I went into my game and found that it said, incompatible with current game. Can't activate.

Help would be appreciated very much. Current version of ETS2 is installed.

Hi Brok, read this thread from the first page, that should help you get on track. You most likely are running 1.25 if your ETS2 is upto date. Downgrade to 1.24 and all will be good again. If that doesn't fix it then make a new post with your game log and screen shot of your mods in the Troubleshooting and support section and I'm sure someone will get you on the road again.

Wow...it's incredible the amoutn of support I got in just a few hours. I did downgrade to 1.24 but V2.10 crashed my game. I am just downloading V2.11. Hope its better.

Remember to update your game back to 1.25 after you download 2.11

Have a ETS2 v1.25.0.2 profile save using ProMod 2.1 on 28Aug and believe everything ran fine. Tried loading game today 10Sept and of course ProMod 2.1 was incompatible. Downloaded and installed ProMod 2.11 and the game started to load normally but then stopped at around 60-70% and would go no further. Had to Ctl-Alt-Del and reboot. Checked the last ETS2 profile save in the game directory and it showed a v1.25.1.2 save. Tried running ETS2 using Steams 1.25 temp backup for incompatible mods along with ProMod 2.11 to no avail. It appears ETS2 has discovered a reason to have issued yet another update. Have returned ETS2 to the most current version and ProMod 2.11 and wait to see what will happen to clear this up.
