[Fixed] [2.16 & Hotfix] BAB7/BAB1, misplaced sign

The signs on this gantry are set back a little too far on the southbound BAB1 exit to southbound BAB7 in Germany.
The horizontal bars of the gantry show through the signs, causing flickering at a distance.
