Try without PM trailer mods, they might need to download again.
You have very old mods in mod folder, if you want to save them, move to another place to speed up game start and to avoid activate them in mistake.
You really shouldn't use old mods in game 1.27, if you want to try out them, please make new profile that you can delete anytime.

Also i have tried on a different profile with TONS of mods and it doesnt crash

so its kinda weird

I have tried it without the PM trailer pack, Still crashes

also i have tried just driving without crossing the ferry and it still crashes.

I'd say one of your PM archives is broken.
