Will Promods 2.20 support Project Balkans?

You should reverse the question! ProMods only supports ProMods.
The correct question is, if Project Balkans is going to support ProMods 2.20..

That question is probably answered when ProMods 2.20 is released.
Personally I would say the changes are very high, but as far I know, nobody can look into the future..

Project Balkans team will make their map compatible with 2.20 Of course it'll take some time but I'm sure this will happen

'ProMods' does not support modifications such as add-ons, as it is the job of the responsible creator to keep their own map compatible with us, therefore, the compatibility with our map modification must be ensured, at this case, by the people behind 'Project Balkans'.

The question is indeed the reverse, but we are adding a lot of new areas in Slovenia, Croatia and Serbia in 2.20. The compatibility question is an issue on their hands. I personally don't see any reason why people should use Project Balkans after PM 2.20 is out

I don't use it now and never have after they butchered ProMods hard work, so I won't miss it when PM 2.20 is released. I am looking forward to a properly built Balkan area. I fully support ProMods 100% and have since your 1st release. How long has it been? Almost 4 year ago?

I fully agree that Slovenia needs some bigger attention, but let's not get hasty here, sometimes I can't be very proud of my home country, it's difficult to fathom, IRL roads are as bad they get in some places, no wonder some foreigners call us slackers and lazy. If Promods acomplishes that which our state dignitaries have been ignoring for ages, I'll rase my glass of wine and make a toast to their genious. So much more profesionalism than IRL.

@Master_of_the_roads - I think the people (also me) are waiting that the A4 towards croatia will be finished - in summer there are always big traffic jams
