Problem with updating

Hy, I have a problem which have never occured before.

I have version 1.26 with many mods..when I want to update the game to 1.27 this happens:
1) on steam I update it to 1.27
2) in mod manager i delete mods for 1.26 and add mods for 1.27 (i do not delete mods in mod folder)
3) from the save games i choose the latest
4) click continue but game could not load it into the game menu and it returns to list of save versions

Did anybody have the same problem and how did you solve it? thanks for answering

Take safety copy your documents\ETS2\profiles folder first and do it regularily!

In steam beta section, use current game version, not 1.27 for incompatible mods?

You should see first are all your truck mods and truck addons updated to game 1.27 and if not you should sell those trucks before updating game to 1.27. Some truck modders recommends to sell old mod trucks before update and buy newer version in game 1.27 too!
