I did a taste, an found the following combination of maps. On first view, it looks that it will work pretty good:

- MHA Pro 1.7.2
- Italy Map 1.1
- Rusmap 1.7.2

Load Order:
Rusmap Map
Rusmap Model 2
Rusmap Model 1
Italy Map
Italy Model
Italy Def
Italy Def_Mat
MHA Pro 1
MHA Pro 2
MHA Pro 3
Rusmap Def

Try it. Maybe somebody did alreday post the same here, but I did not see it here.

i think, that you may try to add Southern region too..

of course you can do that. I am not sure if you need a Fix for it, but in my oppinion the russian part (# of russian cites) will be to much in relation to the rest of the map.
