Hello Truckers,

i´ve got a quick question for you.
Does anyone have some experience with the CSIO Tech 12 Gear Shifter? https://csio.tech/product/skrs-official-v01

I really like driving Manual 12 Gears either in ETS or in ATS. But i´ve ordered one at 2nd May but till now i got no answer from them and the status didnt change in the online shop.
Does anyone of you maybe made the same experience in the past that they have so long waiting times?

I´ve now wrote them on Twitter, Youtube, E-Mail and i also openend a ticket in their online shop still after 7 weeks with no reply... I kind of dont know what i should do.
So if someone of you is also thinking of buying a shifter i wouldnt recommend that.

Thanks for your replys.

Friendly Regards

Sebastian

Long waiting times usually occur when there are no items left in the stock, and as a customer (and every other one as well) have to wait until they order a new stock.

If you've already have paid for a product and never got it, you definitely should write a reclamation asking either to send them or return the money you've put on it.

Still, after 7 days, without getting the product, to me it sound like a scam...

I'm waiting for mine since March 13 (order number ~5300). They did not respond to any tickets nor Facebook messages so far... I'm now trying to get my prepaid money back.

I had to wait almost five months for the shifter (#2695 - ordered 9/21/2016, shipped 1/20/2017, delivered 2/16/2017). But it was well worth the wait. The shifter self is very good, but the switchbutton support in ATS/ETS2 is not fully bug free.

The problem is that ETS2/ATS only detect the range/split change if it is changed. For instance, let's say there you put the side shifter forward and than tab-out to you're browser and can go back, it than has forgotten that the shift button was 'on'. Same with the range splitter. It woudn't be the first time than when I want to downshift from F12 to F11, I suddenly are in F5.. The state of the switch buttons are not evaluated on a periodically basis. So the game will never correct the (re)set the switchbuttton back in the correct state by itself.

I'm now used to the fact that after I return to the game, I have to switch off/on the two switch buttons to restore the state it was in. Other than that it's great. Also with other games as you have three extra switches to your disposal. I also use it with Farm Simulator 2017 and Omsi 2.
