ProMods

Hi,

this is my first post my 3 years old loves this game so much we played the demo version every single night, he just loves the yellow scania truck so much.
I just decided to purchase it and improve it and stumbled across promods.

I do however have a few questions about mods in general.

when running the game the first time I deliver the first cargo (5 mins job) and the games moves to the next step where it shows my headquarters.
I can then only select the quick-job option (top career and bottom options are grayed-out).

I guess the question is how I enable mods?
Let's say I downloaded a trailer which I like and added and enabled the mod in-game, how do I find the trailer in the game?

And regarding promods I'm planning to pretty much travel around Milan and northern italy (my son loves milan and doesn't let me travel anywhere else), would I still need the scandinavia east and france DLCs for promods to work even if only in italy?

You need some luck - it may spawn randomly for you.

Spawning randomly, hmmm, is there a way (via mods or other) to play like a single mission type where you pick trailer, start, destination, weather and go?

Yes

No, there's no gamemode like that. You have to look at all jobs to find the one that you want to find.

OK i just purchased three dlcs
Scandinavia east france and let steam install them.

Stream says they're installed.
However one i select mod manager in-game they don't show up in the list.

I think there's something wrong, are the files supposed to be showing up somewhere? Can't see the scs files anywhere either.

DLCs are loaded automatically.

Not sure, if I enable all promods scs and create a new profile the city selection map results corrupted ( no Italian cities and the other cities are offsetted ).

If you enable all 7 ProMods .scs files and no other mods, then everything should be fine. If it works for others, it has to work for you

I got confused with the files contained in "Trailer & Company Pack v1.13 (file size 55MB)".
What is this used for and the readme says about removing one of the definitions contained? does it refer to one of the .scs files?
