Parking by the fence is blocked by pallets.

Do you have coordinates? A screenshot?
Both are very important.
Coordinates can be found by pressing F11 and filling out the box to describe the bug, then pressing submit. A folder called bugs.txt will appear under ETS2 in your Documents.
Screenshots can be made by pressing F10 and then can be found under ETS2 in your documents in the "Screenshots" folder.

Shift+F11 takes a screenshot and gives you coordinates at the same time.
When you press them, you just write something on the box and press RPT SCR (or whatever it said).
You can find the image from your ETS2 screenshots folder and coordinates from bugs.txt file.

This bug was actually confirmed and fixed for long time ago. It was reported already in internal bugtracking system with the case #20862.
Anyway remember add full coordinates, screenshot that shows the bug and game.log.txt.
