[2.18] (Maybe a bug or not) Terrain problems outside Portsmouth and City not fully loaded

I went to teleport to Portsmouth after my last delivery and what i saw was this









Even some of the city wasn't loaded in but i couldn't get a screenshot of it Hope you guys can fix this terrain issue In Portsmouth

Did you check it with ONLY ProMods enabled? I see different icons on your map view. Disable ALL mods, then check and report a problem if it still exists.
