PayPal is a payment gateway terminal, and it's the only gateway terminal that is supported by our download hosting partner Payloadz.
You can use all those payment methods through PayPal, credit card, bank transfer, iDeal..

My only issue is that where I live, adding founds to Paypal is not allowed and I gave up on credit cards many years ago.

You can always download the mod using the free option. You will get the same thing

24 february 2018, i paid for ProMods and i didn't download it and now i want to download and see for the first time this mod. Its required to pay again?

Why do you pay and then not downloading anything?
Not sure but IIRC there was a limit when your link expires. Just test downloading it with your received link and if it's not working you've to pay again or use the free option.

I am not sure how long the expiry is but it would have definitely expired if it has been 3 months
