I paid using my paypal and I did not get an email so I entered the email and it is saying no payment found when I have a receipt in my paypal email

Unblock your account / create a new one / pay with a credit card without making an account?

There is no way to do this / no, thanks, free download is more fast/best way for me / how? I get redirect direct to login process of PayPal, there is no different way to pay for me.
Yea! And I forced to do this. But when I want to pay, but I can't It's... try to guess.
Any solution that you provide me relies on current used ugly system. I'm trying to say that isn't convenient one. Just take note.

Well, barely anybody complains about it... You know, it's not our fault that your PayPal account is blocked for some reason 
You could even ask somebody in your family or a friend to do the payment for you. Nothing will change in this case, we're not responsible for this system, it's an external website.
