The is a bug in this section just south of rovaniemi by the 4,there is a bridge keeps crashing my game and inside the city aswell

This sounds like a mod conflict, please try with only ProMods enabled. If it still crashes please post your game log.

Thanks for your help, it turns out that it is the real companies mod by tarmiel18 form the workshop that was causing it to crash
