the link to your game.log is not accessible.
In my opinion this is a mod conflict, but without game.log we can not help you.

It's now accessible, but game.log is for some reason loaded like arabic language if you think about on how pages look.
I can see you have a lot of mods mounted. Make sure you have update all mods to latest version.
Can you try only Promods first and add one by one mod until you found the culprit?

Disable all your mods and try without any other mod but ProMods.
You have so many broken mods that it's unsurprising your game is crashing.

Like ScuL said, try with only ProMods in the profile. Remove ALL MODS including truck mods.

Remember sell your own modded trucks first before removing truck mods.
