Wrong speed limits in Olsztyn, noticed in a few streets. Probably city wide ; [15/09/2017 15:15] (sec+0008-0005);34995.6;43.834;-17683.4;1.55295;-0.00999188

Speed limit stuck at 50km/h after leaving Piła westward on DK10; [15/09/2017 20:55] (sec+0004-0004);19843.4;44.3453;-14695.9;1.76804;-0.0436177

It's 50 all the way from Piła and ends before reaching Stargard.

The second issue I remember adding to the Bug Tracker myself as report #7455.
It looks like it did not get fixed for 2.20. I've added a note about this to the bug report.
