[Fixed] [#8863] [2.20] Irun, terrain gap near MAN dealer

Hi!
I found 2 gaps not filled in Irun.
sector # - 0014+0008
1st gap, behind the MAN truck dealer
Same gap, but the rock disappears...
2nd gap, behind the Toll Booth in France...

Gap 1: -52572.18, 6.30, 35365.96
Gap 2: -52023.41, 14.59, 35088.25
