Incorrect ITCC texture on static 'fuel_cistern'

Description: For some reason using the food_cistern ITCC texture on a fuel_cistern static model. Also worth noting that the ITCC is the original ETS2 version not the updated version.
I have not seen others of these static trailers so do not know if this is only an issue for the ITCC look/variant.
