I prefer Option E because thats actually realistic for Iceland in summer, and if it bothers you so much then why not just get the winter mod by grimes and the snow physics?

I'd say Option C. It seems to strike the best balance.

Option C and E are what i'm leaning towards, it seems to be a better option than the others, and would be easier on the developers too.

I've never been a major fan of the snow. So my vote is - atleast D, but E would be even nicer.

Option E seems like the best one. I mean, who's going to make new snow textures anyway? I like snow but currently there are way more summer-themed assets to choose from than winter assets.
