Special Transport DLC compatibility

you can buy dlc now.. there is no compatibility issues, only no special transport jobs, when using promods map. Thats all. Use vanilla profile to play special transport jobs atm

Every route needs to be studied carefully. e.g. wide&long loads cannot use 1-lane side of 2+1. Tolls and borders need to be checked carefully. High loads can mean it cannot use the tunnels at all and cannot go under the pass. Another thing, road-haul locomotives and loads wider than 70t are not found in SCS DLC. These will be fun to play.

I hope that the Pm team can let everybody know,when it is a good idea to buy that Dlc,so that it would work better with the Pm map and of course when the Pm team can make it to work.

You can also buy and not install the DLC.

currently the special transport DLC is not working with ProMods. You can buy it and install it, but you will not get jobs.

Just bought Special Transport dlc yesterday and wondered why there are no cargos from this dlc being generated on a freight market. So I removed all the mods, loaded the game and the cargos were there. Then I installed Promods ONLY and the cargos were gone again. Removed Promods - cargos back. Simple as that. Just so you know guys, let's hope you can fix it soon because I can't really play without Promods any more, however I'd like to experience these oversize loads from this particular dlc.

wait until ProMods release all their routes with special cargo. But it will probably take some time, so when you want to play with these freights then you've to wait or play with vanilla Map.

Yeah I realized that. No pain, I've spent hundreds of hours with Promods now so I'll enjoy some oversize loads and then back to Promods when it's ready. Thanks again.
