Do I get a free pass for a blown out light if the cop that pulls me over also has a blown out light? 
This is one of the Police car AI added by Promods, easily stood out because the all of the Promods Police Cars are actually spawning too frequently (when going through Belgium, I was surrounded by no less than two of those orange and white Audis at any time, I've seen 3 right behind each other while going around the Antwerpen ring).
