Does it work with Italy and special transport DLCs?

It does work with Italy DLC, but not with the Special transport DLC. For that we have to wait for version 2.26.

More correct:
It will work fine with Special Transport DLC too because it will not crash, but it will not generate jobs for it.
If you want to have Special Transport DLC to work, you have to wait for Promods 2.26.
