The guardrail of the middle may not be a bug, but I've made an screenshot anyways.
Found in the M25 (London's ringroad) South.

Hello, thanks for your report. I`ve confirmed this and reported middle and roadside guardrails with internal numbers #9658 and #9659.

This is now fixed in WIP
