[Fixed] [#9684] [2.25] Directional Sign - Ger A1 B54

Heyho,

When driving north on A1 and turning onto B54 to Arnheim/Zwolle there is a mistake in the signage. The directions got interchanged (may because of 180° turn).

The sign directly at the crossing is correct.
