Game time and weather/lighting messed up?

As you can see in the screenshot, it is 1.36 am in the night but the weather/lighting shows it is early morning I assume. Does anybody know how to fix this or what is causing it?

It depends where you drive. If your in the northern part of the map the days will begin earlier then on other parts of the map.
An you should fix your loading order. Maps must load first then other mods.

I agree. @Morderator it looks like you are driving to Ни́кель (Nikel), Russia. That is quite far North. The climate profile for that area in summer (the game default time of year is day 172) dictates that the sun never really sets, it just gets low in the sky at night, similar to real life.
