It's most likely caused by ROS. Disbale it or put it below ProMods in your loading order. No Jazzycat Problem.

ok i already turned off all the mods and the map is working properly without any bugs now i will try it without any mods just Promods and start adding rest of the mods excluding ROS

so with pro mods only i dont have this problem tomorrow i will check the rest of my mods but i think you were right that ROS is the problem hmm it is upset that it's not optimized well. as well wish promods would expand their map of lithuania and add some borders at Medininkai with Belarus Lavoriskes with Belarus and Slacininkai as well as Svencionys (and add pabrade as a military cargo or some wood cargo my base where i was serving) as well add some cities like Alytus Vilnius and some other trading cargo cities i used to be an expeditor in LIthuania and i can help with advice at this point of expand.... but this one is not for the topic
