I download promods 2.26 but it is crashed to when i get a job please fix it

For 10.000 people it works fine, when it crashes then you are the only person that can fix it. We can help, but for this we need gamelog after the crash.

Are you using JUST Promods? Try that first, disable all other mods and follow the stickied post in the map section here. I am running Promods 2.26 fine with Rusmap and Southern Region.

Also "it crashed at a job please fix it" that's extremely vague. What town did it crash at, what did you do prior etc? What company. Things like that they need to know.

I have also TGS 1.3, Poland rebuild, PB 2.7 with PM 2.26, RM 1.8, and SR 6.5.2 and working very good.
Check first if you have the good version for all the maps. If you download only ProMods 2.26 and the other maps are old version of course doesn’t work. O.K. ? You must have last version for all to go together.
