Can I still download old versions of promods that would work with ETS2 with DLC. I'm a little confused about which version I would use and the process of downloading it.

Ok second question. Do I need to have the older version of ETS2 or does the current version work? Also a little confused about the def file.

without DLC you have to download ProMods 1.91 and patch down the game to 1.18.

The game version 1.30.x is just supported by ProMods 2.26, where you need North, East and France DLC.

And to make the next thing clear for the next update of Promods the Italy dlc will become a requirement too

I have the french, scandinavian, and the going east dlc. Do i need the italian dlc for promods 2.27?

You do not need the Italia DLC for ProMods 2.27, but you will need it for ProMods 2.30 when it comes out.
