You're get spawned at the wrong lane after arriving. Look at the arrows of the road ahead.

Looks like the ferry spawn point should be moved to the left side (right side from this view) in the ferry.

This is a bug!

I still don't understand why he couldn't just follow arrow? I mean is there something preventing player to do it?

no, but when you park for example on the side of the road, you also park on the right side(left in UK) and not on the other side. So you can merge with traffic when you go on. There's nothing in the way, just for realism. Also I don't know if the vanilla Map even has a ferry route, where you spawn inside of the ferry after arriving so this should be a ProMods thing.

The vanilla map does have ferry routes where you spawn inside the ferry... but it depends from location to location on how you spawn. It's up to the developer to make that.
