But what it has to do with Mapillary or SV usage to see how some areas look like in real life? I have no idea what you're talking about...

Transformation is considered derivation in IP law and there is no formal "threshold of inspiration" defined, hence it is too risky. I contribute to OSM and they absolutely consider this kind of use significant.
