Owning garages in mods and using default profile across the board

If i buy garages in on promods or other mods with new maps and later unload the mods, will this break my save if i am using a profile between default vanilla game and mods? in terms of owning garages that dont exist (when mod unloaded) or it wont affect my default profile save? Hope that makes sense.

If you buy some additional garages and later want to remove the mod they come from, sell all of them first.

and the home base garage must be in a City which you find also at SCS default map.

I've been using my standard profile for all mods, for years now, including promods and tsm and never had a problem. I don't have to sell garages, I just enable and disable mods and this works just fine for me.

However I avoid:
1) Buying trucks or hiring drivers from cities that come with a map mod
2) Assinging trucks or drivers in Garages that are part of a mod
3) I'm keeping and updating regularly, a save game where I'm parked in my base garage, using a truck from the base game.

As long as I'm doing this, I dont have issues changing mods. Worst case I'll have to load my backup save game (see #3)
I will buy a garage anywhere, but will only use it as a checkpoint, to travel and start a mission from there

yes, if you know what and how to do it will work, but most players don´t think about details like that.
they have modded Trucks in the garages, etc pp, and that won´t work = game crash.
