Is there anyone for further education, help and support (team)?

Hi, I'm Daniel. I'm 17 years old and I'm from Bavaria, Germany. My first touch with mapping was many years ago (even with ETS 1) and I've always been mapping for fun or I expected too much from myself ;D

Well, in any case I already have done some good work so I think I'd have the skills for map building but the thing missing is knowledge.
So now I'm looking for an experienced person or even a team to give me kind of further education and support so in future we can build the best maps together
I hope someone feels addressed.
I can speak english quite fluently (guess 
) and german of course (as a german xD).
