Car is not in the road, it`s completely on the asphalt. All 4 tires are not in the ground or above the ground.
I`ve also checked car`s collision model, it`s not affecting the traffic going near this car.

I can't confirm this bug because there is now a Macedonian police car.
So this is not a bug.
