I can not confirm this issue in 2.30. I've checked it and it says "Rzeszów" for me.

This maybe due to your graphics (there is quite a difference between yours and CptCaribbean's). It has happened before with a sign in Latvia, where the writing was in the wrong places which many players experience. However, on the developer's graphics, the sign loaded as normal.

Well Scans Graphics look different because he's using a Graphics Mod.
There are some problems when your Screen resolution is different then the resoulution from the developer, that it messes up the sign text, but those bugs look differnt. For example, way to big letters for the sign.
/edit it seems to be resolution problem indeed, on the lowest setting I can select, the w is gone for me, the question remains now, if it's worth to be reported, since those old Poland rebuilding areas are under rebuilt and those signs get replaced eventually then.
