ETS2 1.32: Rendering Speedup - How big is the improvement?

Again, sorry if I made this thread in the wrong section of the forum.
As you can read in the changelog of the 1.32 version of the game, SCS made the rendering faster. I have some problems with FPS in this game, so I'm really curious how big the improvement is.
I have also seen a picture on flickr showing the difference; from 40 fps to 90 fps!
I don't think that big difference is possible - or is it? Can anyone confirm?
