Why aren't there any petrochemical jobs available in Rotterdam/europort in promods v2.30 ? I mean, in real life, that whole part of the city smells like crude oil and processed petrochemicals

Its developer just didn't include them. We don't know why either, but he can't fix that now because meanwhile he's left the team and there's nobody else available to work there at the moment.
