Hello guys can I play some version of ProMods where I will not need Italy DLC or it´s only full version (Italy, France, Going East, Skandinavia)?

Yes you can. Use version 2.27: https://www.promods.net/compat.php
Make sure your ETS2 game runs on version 1.31.

No, all future versions will require the Italy DLC.

EDIT: Why that is is explained here: https://www.promods.net/viewtopic.php?f=7&t=22129

Hi, You can of course also buy the Italy DLC. Over at Instant Gaming the DLC costs only 7.56 euros.
Compared to the 18 euro price at Steam that is a 58% discount..

You can also wait for the upcoming Beyond the Baltics DLC. Usually SCS has a steam bundle package with high discounts as well.
Launch date for that DLC is November 29th. Probably 1 to 3 weeks later a new version with Baltics support wel be released. While it may save you a few euro's in downloading fees, it does require you to buy two DLCs.

The DLC Baltics will not be mandatory with ProMods at the beginning, it's not require. But afterwards in future updates yes.

This will be the case for every future DLC but to be honest the DLC's aren't expensive at all. You don't have to be a millionair to afford you them. ;)

Indeed, I put away 7,50 euro per month for SCS DLCs. If you're on a budget, you can get great discounts at instant-gaming.

I haven't bought that many paint jobs. compared to DLCs like Krone trailers, special transport and tuning packs. Paint jobs are relatively expensive while it add little value to the game.
I have bought a few paint jobs mainly for TruckersMP..
