[Resolved] Map not complete around Helsinki?

I've took a job today, and the road leads from Helsinki to the north.
Road E75-4 / E18 / 3 / 50 and 55 leads to a dead end. The big intersection is not complete.

Its just nog complete/ not finished.
Is this a known issue in promods?

@Empinoza, it must be a mod conflict (or corrupt files). Everything looks fine in my game using only ProMods 2.31:

Thank you. i'll check it later with promods only.
Edit: It was Rusmap. with the Rusmap Promods Connection1.8, Real Russian HighWay, and better traffic flow mods. (all deactivated)
