did you check the box for the Special Transport DLC when generating the Def file, but you do not have Special Transport DLC?
If not, please show us your game.log.

bruh ! you got dam right hahaha im so sorry goin to check it had the transport dlc last version not this one so goin to solve that ! lol im so embarresed
