Problem with AI traffic

Doe's anyone know why this happens with the AI stopping for no reason and holding the traffic as shown in the screen shots. I also seem to have camacarsi traffic as well at times pulling out of a junctions or on roundabouts for no reason. Also SCS need to correct the problem with undertaking on the motorways and dual carriageways. In the United Kingdom you are not aloud to overtake on the left lane of a motorway and HGV class 1 & 2 are not aloud in the 3rd right hand lane of a motorway. I know this as been mentioned on the SCS forum. I the rules are the same in Europe and America.
