There is this bridge between Kirkenes and Nikel, that I found unexpectedly rough. Is it by design?

Your stream is offline, but yes, in russia it's intentional, they have poor roads.

The road and bridge are smooth and look good but when you drive on it the wheels start bouncing on nothing.
