Economy mod problem

Hi guys, I have a problem. No matter what economy mod I install, it just doesn't work. As long as I remember, economy mods should be placed above sound mods in the mod loader, but I don't know how true is that rule, it may aswell be completely insignificant. Freight's stakes and anything else that economy mods should change, remains the same as in vanilla game. Any suggestions how to make them work?
