[Fixed] [#32648] [2.32] Wien - Buildings No Collisions

Hello, i found this bug in Wien while i was driving thru the streets
I failed to control the car and went into the building and fell down the world.
Here's how the bug looks like :
I'm too lazy to post coordinates but you can see the street in the image.

Fixed in WIP
