Map Editor Crashes

Hi guys! I want to expand original DLC map add new cities, countries and etc. But when I open console and write edit it simply crashes What's wrong?
P.S. I'm using Steamed ETS2

No. I don't have any mods.

Hmm that's waerd. Mostly there are mods to cause this problem. Do you have a cracked version or a legal version?

I have got a legal Steam version of the game with DLC.

Have you tried removing mods completely from the mods folder just for the duration of editing? That stopped my ETS version from crashing.
