It's still small if someone really wants to stay only in Canada. Even if you set the job length to minimum the game will generate jobs to Washington and Idaho.

So glad that promods Canada is coming soon and cannot wait to drive there :D . Just a small question: why doesn’t promods Canada require all map dlcs to play with, as it is the case with ets2 to use assets and models from the dlcs to build the map?

I think it's because ProMods Canada is currently only southern BC, which mostly shares architecture and geography with Washington and Oregon. Compare this to ProMods Europe which covers the entire continent and thus needs assets/DLCs that cover all regions of Europe.

It's unlikely that PM Canada will ever need states like Texas and Florida since there's likely to be only a handful of assets that would be relevant to Canadian provinces. However, all the states next to the Canadian border are a sure bet to become requirements, and maybe even closeby states that don't share a border with Canada (like Oregon, for example).

It is ready when it is ready. But anyway, I think it will release within 1-2 days :)

It has to do assets primarily. Second, road connections. ATS is setup different than ETS2. ATS asset models are primarily loaded into the base files. ETS2, most are in the dlc's. ProMods Canada only uses assets from the base files, Oregon and Washington. We only have road connections in Washington. In due time, more dlc's will be required based on road connections and if newer dlcs have assets in which ProMods uses.

I could see them incorporating Colorado assets into the Canada map eventually. They seem pretty applicable. Colorado is so new though it will take a while if it happens.

I would think that come Colorado assets might be useful for the Rockies and maybe even the western Canadian Great Plains, but again those assets might be in base so it really depends.

Some of the new trees and fields they added for sure would be useful. I noticed quite a few times how I was saying that a certain road or place on the CO DLC looked just like somewhere I've seen here in Alberta. The evergreens they added in Colorado are the skinnier varieties you'd see here unlike the wider type you start seeing on the other side of the Continental Divide in BC, Washington, Oregon, etc. The other thing is by the time they can make it to Alberta, we will have Wyoming and maybe Montana which are just that many steps closer and that much more similar to "Western Canada". I imagine that Wyoming and Montana may draw off some of the Colorado assets anyway so in any case Colorado will be useful.
