Belgian railroad crossings' design flaw?

Dear,
I noticed that in the Liege area of Belgium, the railroad crossings have a design error.
I saw this clearly on the secondary road just outside the Liege Storaenso wood mill, and a bit further, where you come from Storaenso and take the first secondary road to your right, heading for the E411.
The barriers, roadsigns and light posts are all facing inwards, as you can see in the two pictures I've made.
Not sure if this Promods or SCS related.
