in lithuanian border all signs is in estonian not in lithuanian in belarus sign for cars is in russian but it need to be in belarussian like cars is аўтамабілі

Just want to report OpenGL black texture issue, this can be fixed with re-saving the DDS files using BC3 / DXT5, and generate mipmaps.
I did try to use DART and see if I can fix this myself, but get an error with the rebuild.

That is in principle what Arayas has done previously with the DX11flickfix2 mod, now superceeded
by TexFix3 mod which also contains fixed texture DDS's from SRMap and also a fixed Russian font
DDS. Can you PLEASE try it and tell us if it also fixes the OpenGL problem. Get the mod here:
