Metric dashboard on RHD?

Hi,
I'm currently driving in Ireland very often - also because I want to practice RHD for my trip to Ireland next week (maybe it helps...maybe not
)
Is there any way or mod to change the dasboard of all trucks to metric when they're having the steering wheel on the right hand side?
It's kinda annoying that all trucks I'm getting while doing contracs aren't able to display the speed on the digital display.
I also like the built in GPS devices, so I'm driving without RouteAdvisor.
Any suggestions here?
