game freeze and ctd

After updating to version 1.35 my game from time to time keeps on freezing. It just stops for 10, sometimes 20 seconds. The thing is , that screen is visible, you can hear the sound of truck, but it does not move. Lately i got CTD. Here is my game log. Does anyone has the same issue.?
